Cattle Drive

We had fun on the cattle drive, it was incredibly windy. We bought Kassidy a helmet and she was really good about wearing it. Her horse did great, her boots were too small (she told us the day before we left) but she made it work. No one got bucked off so it was good. We can usually plan on at least one accident. The kids and I followed in the truck. The babies tore it apart. Teddy, (the dog) did really well. She decided that she liked to dig in prairie dog holes. We got to stay in our trailer for the first time. I made a nice big list of everything that we needed to add to it of course. The weather was mostly nice and the company was great....

HI There, Diva and I are fine. Kass made a few new friends, she always has fun on the cattle drive
Travis is telling the legend of Robbers Roost to Nana and Papa
I wanted to capture the scenery along the drive, so here it is.
I think the Lord let the angels play with rocks and mud to see what they could create
Cows, or as Kennedy said, Baby cows, mooooo

Travis is roping more, he thinks he likes it. His horse is still deciding if he likes it

Travis closing the gate when the cows are in.
Kassidy at the end, dusty and windblown but she had fun
I decided that Travis' horse is kindof big. He doesn't seem that big at home and at least Travis' legs aren't dragging on the ground.
More scenery
This is the start of the drive, pretty huh (last day) but we only went one day so I guess it counts as the start.
Trav got to rope a calf and drag it to the trailer
Pushing through the gate, Kass is looking for me to make sure we make it through the gate, sweet girl.
