The city is filling in the depression in front of our house with the fill from the sewer plant that the city is building. The sewer line will run in front of our house but we don't get to hook into it, cause apparently our tax dollars are not as good as everyone elses. Anyway, they are ruining Kassy's sledding hill. She was very upset, so she made a sign and when the project manager came over so that I could voice my concerns, she came out with her sign. She mounted her first protest in a calm, respectful manner. I was very proud, her daddy and the manager giggled. The ditch is still getting filled in.
