Christmas at our house

We had a great dinner with our buddies. Tracey made Kassidy's favorite dinner, ham and funeral potato's. We all had a great time.

Kassidy has been Mrs. Clause for the last few years. She goes through her toys and picks one out for each of the cousins, then she dresses up, they sit on her lap and she gives them a little something from her heart. I am so proud of her for being so selfless.
Maddie has decided that Kennedy is her puppy. She is very protective of her baby!!
Kennedy is trying to crawl, she is starting by doing pushups, up on her hands and the tips of her toes.
This is Kassidy's outfit, She was 3 months older when it fit her- but Kennedy looks just as cute.
Kennedy and Grandpa Lee
Dad and Kennedy Christmas Eve
Kassidy sang in a Childrens choir. They did such a beautiful job. They sang at the local assisted living home, went to a few homebound members homes and then sang for us. We were dazzled.

Sweet sisters
The Wii smackdown, Kassidy won of course. They were able to play the wii on Christmas after the power came back on....

I made the hat- just so you have proof that I can be somewhat domestic!!!

We had a great gathering with Kel and her family and Lindsee and her kids and Amy's kids and Nana and Papa. Kassidy was so excited to have her "Arizona cousins" come to her house. she made sure that they all got to play in the snow and go sledding. I wasn't sure that the "Arizona cousins" would ever de-thaw, but they made out just fine.

Kennedy loved having so many people around.

Easton and Kennedy were fascinated by one another. Kennedy was a little jealous that Easton walks around and she is still a little stuck where she is.

We got to see Grandma Phyllis and Grandpa Lee after they were able to dig out of great grandmas house. The storm had them socked in for Christmas night. We all enjoyed their visit. We all got spoiled rotten- thanks grandma and grandpa.

Kassidy and the Baby Alive that Santa brought.

Kassidy, always the teacher, tried to show Kennedy how to open her presents.

Kennedy and her dancing toy from Santa.
Christmas
It snowed- more like a blizzard all day. We were out of power for several hours. Luckily, the wood burning stove kept us warm and the gas range let us eat warm food!!! The girls had a great time. Kass helped Kennedy open most of her presents- as predicted, she liked the paper and boxes the most. Kassidy was really excited that the reindeer left her a little reindeer webkin in thanks for the carrots she left them. Santa obviously enjoyed his salad and beef jerky- (Kass thought he might be sick of cookies by the time he got to us).
