Disaster and updates

Well, accidents happen and if your not prepared, they can cause a lot of heart ache. Like when your husband is mopping the floor and accidentally knocks the laptop onto the tile floor and the pictures haven't been backed up for a month, (which means I potentially lost 300 pictures). So, the computer guy has the computer- which is totally broken, trying to save my files. The lesson has been learned, I will back up to the external hard drive weekly. I swear.
Night shift is going well. The drive home is a little scary sometimes, but I am sleeping OK. Travis is not a big fan since he has to get the girls ready for bed and get them up in the mornings. I love having more time at home. I might actually get caught up on my laundry!!!
Kass has a stomach flu, she came home early from school today and promptly threw up at the bottom of my bed, then slept for 3 hours. Luckily, her asthma has not yet been effected. She called me crying because daddy's cuddles aren't as good as mine and she wanted me home. that's always the hardest part of working. Choices I guess. I think its good for her to spend the time with her daddy and sister.
