Kassidy's Birthday

Well, just kick it in

We were sick and didn't get Kassy's presents wrapped, so, we had her blind folded and she had to guess what the present was, if she got it right, she got the gift, if she got it wrong, she had to wait. She had fun with it.

We went for a walk yesterday and Kassidy asked me, "Mom, if a mom just had a baby and was feeding them, and she was a runner, when she got back from a run would her baby get cheese?"
I had to laugh. A few weeks ago we watched a show on the history channel about the history of cheese. the nomads used to carry milk in a goats stomach bag and it would be cheese when they got to where they were going. I thought that was pretty good deductive thinking!!

my sweet little angel. Kass hashad an on again off again toothache so we went to the dentist. shehad a begining abcess so the dentist pulled her baby molar..... she was a bit sore but she is doing well.

When we were in the hospital when Kody was born, Kass used the bathroom and noted that the toilet paper was ruff and yucky. When she came to visit me that afternoon, she brought me a roll of Charmin toilet paper so that I would be more comfortable. What a sweet kiddo I have.

Travis was getting the kids out of the shower and getting them dressed in the PJ's I laid out for them. When I came out, I was a little surprised to see my son in his sisters jammas (no, I would not dress my boy in Purple but apparently Trav is OK with it!!!)

Kody had his 2 month check up yesterday. He was 13 pounds and 8 ounces (90th percentile) and 23 1/2 inches (75th) with a little bitty head - 25th percent!!! the doctor thought he was very healthy and doing well.

he is cooing, smiling and checking everything out. He is a pretty cute kid.
